If you are here you have some repair or restoration in mind. To help you get a general idea of cost, follow these guidelines:

  • $300 to set up to do the project. This is scaffolding set up and access to the chimney for all sizes
  • Extra in all cases if roof flashing needs to be redone.
  • Chimneys 2ft x 2ft or smaller

Chimney counter flashing $150 (not roof flashing)
$100 per vertical ft for brick repair (add extra if bricks need to be replaced)
$100 for concrete cap to seal off chimney around clay flu liners, at top
$100 for clean up and breakdown when done

    Chimneys larger than 2ft X 2ft
    up to 3 ft X 3 ft

Chimney counter Flashing $250 (not roof flashing)
$150 per vertical ft for brick repair (add xtra if bricks need to be replaced.)
$150 for concrete cap to seal off chimney around clay flu liners, at top.
$150 for clean up and breakdown.

All chimneys 3 ft X 6ft (chimneys larger than this will need to be negotiated)

$300 for chimney counter flashing (not roof flashing)
$250 per vertical ft for brick repair (add extra if bricks need to be replaced).
$250 for concrete cap to seal off chimney around clay flu liners, at top.
$200 for clean up and breakdown.

Access to chimney and roof, brick detailing i.e. fancy corbelling and extra designs in original chimney.., hauling off old materials, cleaning of old bricks, extra special roof protection, are things that can affect pricing. If clay flu liners need to be replaced there will be a charge per piece. If clay flu liners need to be installed where they didn't originally exist, there will be an extra charge.

We cannot be responsible for old roofing. We will create a lot of traffic to do our work and a poor quality roof can, in some cases, be affected.
